I'm using excel2016 on Windows10. There is a problem where the first character is automatically confirmed when entering Japanese into a cell. Until now, I have not been able to figure out the input pattern that causes this problem. When I enter lowercase letters in OneNote for iPhone (ios), only the first letter is automatically converted to uppercase. Using OneNote on a Windows computer.
